I waited 30 minutes for the guy in front of me to get done. When I finally pulled up I told them I had a $20 off coupon and that I wanted the 77.99 mid level oil. They said my vehicle can’t take the kind of oil. I quickly looked up online and found that not to be true but I decided since I had the coupon I would go ahead and take the 97.99 oil change for 77.99. Well he proceeds to read me the total and says it’s over 100 bucks! Apparently the prices quoted is only for 5 quarts of oil and not 6. And they charge 12.99 more per additional quart! No where on their advertising was that listed. Not to mention you can’t even find any pricing until you’re already pulled up in line to get the oil change. So now, even with a $20 off coupon, I am looking at $100 oil change. I can get full synthetic oil at Walmart for 50 bucks! Thankfully, they hadn’t started yet so I was able to save my money and take my car elsewhere.

A less than pleasant experience. Would only recommend their services to people I dont like. I knew I wouldn't be a repeat customer as soon as they told me it was $119 just for an oil change. I was already in the bay so I balked by saying $120 for just an oil change? but let them continue. When it was done they asked for payment but my vehicle was still saying oil change required. They got attitude when I told them to reset it and then I'll pay. They explained to me how to reset. I thought to myself why am I doing part of what I paid them to do? They brought the receipt and asked if this was my fist visit. I replied it was they they said it will also be your last. I replied You're darn right it is. Overpriced mediocre service with poor attitude does not win me as a repeat customer.

View on GoogleI don’t know their names, but the three men working today were exceptional. Went out of their way to help me after my battery died. They tried to charge it with their battery pack, when that didn’t work they were able to jump my car and sat with me until we made sure it would get me to my next destination! They were kind, courteous, and helpful. I hope someone else will recognize their wonderful customer service and thank them too!
