I tried to get an oil change at Walmart and it's always one thing or another there and because Honda made a faulty ignition, I now have to start my car with a screw driver all of a sudden Walmart says they can't do it if key doesbt work by itself. Ok that's fine last time anyways they didn't even put the cap back on so it was scraping against the concrete as I drove. Due to this happening my anxiety is already through the roof and I'm way past need to get it done, I called Strickland Brother's, saw great reviews for them and asked prior to going would you have a problem with this? Chris replied no, you don't even have to get out the car. Upon arrival, as I pulled into the garage Chris guided me, and immediately started checking more than I came for, lights, filters, tire pressure, etc.... yet he was not even trying to sell anything extra or charge me for the extra work that they did,and did his best to give me the best deal. As we were talking about AJ immediately got to work and Chris right after his simple explanations and recommendations. Chris and AJ did a wonderful job and made my experience smooth and easy. After a hard day, they got me in quick and exited quick. They were also very honest about what they could and could not do and very professional all the way around. They DO NOT try to get over on you like a lot of other places do and try not to charge you for certain things and what they do charge you for will last for quite a while and they keep you going in between oil changes for no extra charge, depending on what you need at the time. I have now found my new favorite place and will only recommend here going forward and the only place I will return to. Thank you Chris and AJ.

Excellent experience at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change. The team was very professional and completely upfront about pricing. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, and they didn’t try to oversell me on anything I didn’t need. Honest, efficient, and respectful of my time. I would highly recommend them.

They not only changed my oil but they helped identify future problems and gave a heads up so I could be better prepared . Personally ill come here every time for my oil change. View on GoogleI recently travelled to Louisville KY and didn't have time to get my oil changed before I left. I ALWAYS go to the Derby store, but figured I could just go to a store in Louisville this one time. The store in KY was NOT as good. They didn't top off all of my fluids, even though they said they did. They did not even look at tires or wipers and definitely indicated they did on my receipt. They weren't organized. They also didn't reset the Oil change light in my car. I know, not really a big deal, but, its a new to me vehicle. So, when I got back in town, I went to the Derby store and they not only reset the light, they checked the oil, they also topped off all the fluids and checked/filled the tires, ALL for FREE. You guys, they are just the BEST. That's why I always go the the Derby store! Thanks !
