I recently bought a car from Kidd's automotive and I give them 5 stars for the overall experience!! I got the car I wanted and my salesman Warren was very polite and professional. He told me if you have any problems let me know. I ended up calling him with a few issues and he took care of everything. Now my car drives like I drove it off the show room floor!! They will definitely have my business for future. Someone giving me their word sealed the deal! It is nice to find a place that has such great customer service.

Wow. We went to Kidd's Automotive in Derby to look at one car, but ended up driving away with TWO. The gentleman there that helped us was fantastic to work with in every aspect. From the cleanliness of the cars, to the no high pressure sales, we were at ease with both purchases. We will return in the future. Easy to work with. Excellent communication. Clean, well priced vehicles. Genuine salesmanship with no bull.

This is the worst company to go through! I started off working with Brandon, as soon as I brought a problem up with the vehicle I had purchased, took it to the shop was told it was ready to pick up, and I picked it up and the problem was still happening! Then Brandon no longer worked there, a gentleman named Jim started helping me, then quickly decided to stop answering my calls, or texts. Then when I didn’t get my title I had my legal assistant call them to find out where my title was as I had 3 days to get my tag. Then I started working with a gentleman named Warren, he was great to work with! Then we had worked out a deal of trading me out of the vehicle I had purchased. Of course that never happen, I was told it was going to happen prior to my first payment coming due! I did not pay my payment because I was suppose to be getting a different vehicle! Well I’ll sum it up! This company has stole 4500, from me and then wanted to do a buy here pay here thing, and expected me to put another 1500 dollars down! So now I am out 4500 and no longer have a vehicle! I would never suggest this company to anyone! This is the worst experience I have had with any company!

Rated just based off the fact a 2010 impala is $4000 more than a newer Kia.. something ain't right there.. My question for used car dealers is this; if a car is brought in with multiple smaller issues, why not pay to resolve those issues (being as most repairs are under $700 if you're smart), and used dealers aren't held to factory specifications.. so it wouldnt matter the parts used.. so long as the vehicle is 100% sound leaving the lot.. the vehicle sales alone cover the difference. And you don't upset a lot of people genuinely looking for help and a cheap place for cars.. might have to sell a little higher but at least you'll be considered an integrous business by doing so.. Heard a lot of bad things about this place. Hopefully it changes.
