I’d word that carefully so it stays professional: ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star I would not recommend this shop. I brought my 2024 Volvo S60 B5 here for accident repairs and what should have been a straightforward repair process turned into months of frustration. My vehicle had to be returned multiple times, and I continued finding issues and raising concerns after it was returned to me. I repeatedly requested information and documentation regarding repairs and parts but often felt that my questions were not being fully addressed. The situation became so difficult that I eventually had to involve law enforcement while attempting to retrieve my vehicle. During that interaction, the owner, James, attempted to shut the door on the responding police officer. As a customer, that raised serious concerns for me about the professionalism and transparency of how the situation was being handled. In addition to the repair concerns, I experienced significant inconvenience, lost time, stress, and additional expenses while trying to get answers and have my concerns addressed. When a customer spends this much money on repairs, they should not have to repeatedly return the vehicle or fight to obtain information about the work that was performed. My experience left me with very little confidence in the repairs and customer service I received. I strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to carefully inspect their vehicle, ask detailed questions, and request documentation for all repairs and parts before accepting their vehicle back. I have retained photographs, repair records, invoices, emails, and other documentation related to my experience. If anyone has questions about my review, I am willing to share the documentation supporting my concerns so others can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid the difficulties I experienced. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a repair facility. 1 star.

James personally repaired the scratches on my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His top-notch skills, friendly attitude, and impressive work efficiency truly set him apart. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of service exceeded my expectations. ICS in Derby took on the repair of my modified 1994 Japanese import Toyota Hilux SURF without hesitation. Their commitment to repairing my truck back to how it was is unparalleled. James and his team have worked with me every step of the way for sourcing the hard to find parts. Their fiberglass tech repaired my bumper cover so that it is now the best looking part of my truck and James has over 20 years experience painting and matched the custom paint flawlessly. If you have a repair needed and want it done right, you need to call ICS.

I was in an accident where the rear quarter of my Camaro got sideswiped pretty hard and I thought my car was done for. I refused the shop the other individual’s insurance was trying to send me to and did my own research to find a reputable shop and happened upon ICS. They walked me through the whole process and helped alleviate my concerns about my car’s restoration. The insurance company was incredibly difficult to work with but they made it happen and I got my car back to me in excellent condition with a folder detailing every component they replaced with nothing but OEM equipment. My car gets pushed pretty hard and my concerns regarding the alignment holding after the accident have shown to be unfounded and I cannot tell it’s been painted which is especially impressive since it’s metallic as well. They really went the extra mile and if I find myself in a similar situation, I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car again. Edit: A few years later, I got rear ended on Kellogg and the Camaro was unfortunately totaled. After the great experience I had last time here, I knew where I had to get my repair quote done. Even after it was unfortunately deemed a total loss, and ICS had already done more than enough to warrant my continued support, they even went as far as to help me navigate the total loss process with the insurance company that was giving me a tough time. Lisa, James, Rob, and all the others at ICS continue to go above and beyond and I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants the absolute best collision center around. First of all James and Tera Wilson were amazing from the introduction when I walked into their business and the repairs of which James done right on the spot where completed. He said “let me see if I can buff this out if you have time I can do it right now” and that he did! I pulled the vehicle back and he buffed the Scratches out. It is so nice to know that people like James and Tera are still out there. When I asked what I owe you James thanked me for my service and said enjoy the rest of my day…. Thanks so much!!!!!!!
