Sam took great care of us today. Needed to replace two of my tires and got it done same day! I have some issues with my gear shifter and Sam didn’t make me feel bad at all which was great! Will definitely come back with any further issues with my vehicle!
View on GoogleMy wife took her car in for a noise a couple months ago. She was thinking a bearing. They didn’t charge her bc they really couldn’t pinpoint the issue, but assured her it wasn’t a bearing. (Good move first of all). Move to today, she thought for sure it was the bearing this time. Took it in, they had her car a couple days. They decided the noise was coming from the tires we had purchased from them. They comped her 4 new tires. On the drive home (not very far) the wife said no noise! (She is driving it to work today so will update on the noise issue if needed). I wanted to give these guys a shoutout for treating my wife right. Most places don’t treat anyone right, let alone a woman dealing with car issues. We have been here for a few things and they always seem to treat us right. I would recommend them after these visits, and thank you Sam for treating my wife right! (She takes care of her own stuff until she needs me to step in, for those that are wondering 😂).

View on GoogleRan over this piece of metal on the highway last night and had to have my tire fixed this morning at Firestone. Got a new tire and had the FLATE one fixed for a spare. They got me in very quickly did a great job and the price was excellent for the services I received. Very nice people to work with. This is the Firestone In derby, Kansas. I recommend them highly.
View on GoogleI was met with a very friendly crew, they did my oil change and brought me an inspection with actual pictures so they could explain what was needed, it was a few minor things and some factory maintenance, it was prioritized for me in order of importance and was even told that most of it could wait until next month when they have a big sale, I didnt feel pressured and that is important to me as an older woman. I am always so worried when I take my car to the mechanic. But I felt really at ease here. The manager Sam was so sweet and funny. I really enjoyed my time here. I will be back and I will tell my friends
