My splitter went out on front differential and was towed in to the shop. They were accommodating & resourceful and was able to get me back on the road within 24 hours. Yes, being in the shop is the last place any driver wants to be, but I got lucky in choosing R&R.
View on GoogleThese guys are decent mechanics but it seems they’re also willing to scam you because what they was charging me for parts alone was way more then what it would be at a dealership. If your pockets are deep then be my guest but if you want a good deal this place isn’t the place to be they quoted me about $2,500 for the entire water pump job. I highly recommend you go to INDIANA TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR they did the whole job for $850 parts and everything included.
View on GoogleI came in after my belt ripped. I installed a spare and specifically asked them to check everything. I was told it was “just an old belt” and that everything looked fine. The shop was closing soon and the visit felt rushed. That same night, the belt failed again. When I returned, I was then told the water pump was bad and quoted around $2,500 for parts and labor. I called a Volvo dealership in Indianapolis, who quoted about $500 for the water pump, and confirmed labor should be 3–4 hours (roughly another $500). That leaves about $1,000 in unexplained markup. At best, this was a careless inspection. At worst, it feels deceptive. Either way, I would not trust this shop for accurate diagnostics or fair pricing. I will not be returning.
