I called and scheduled a tire rotation, alignment, and inspection. According to my paperwork, everything came back good — tires were marked good, alignment fixed, and brakes checked out. I only live a couple miles away, but a few days later I noticed my truck pulling hard and vibrating badly while driving and that was the first time driving it after i picked up I got out and checked it myself and realized the tires had definitely been rotated, but they definitely were not “good” like I was told. I ended up taking it somewhere else to get the issue fixed. When I called the dealership, I was told, “I thought you knew about your tires, that’s why I didn’t say anything.” I specifically asked for a rotation and alignment because I was unaware there was an issue. If there was a safety concern or tire issue, that should have been communicated. To make matters worse, when I called back, the person I spoke with was rude, constantly interrupted me, and wouldn’t even let me explain the situation. My wife has been a service advisor for nearly 10 years, so I understand mistakes happen, but communication and customer service matter. Then while picking up the truck, I’m suddenly told I have four recalls that could be done too — something that also wasn’t brought up earlier. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this service department. Customers deserve honest communication, especially when it involves vehicle safety.

My husband & I were on our way to Kentucky, had to stop in Shelbyville and realized we had a tire leaking. We brought it in, they found a bolt in the tire, and patched it up for us with no charge! We were out in less than 30 minutes and we couldn’t be more grateful for them! I definitely recommend this auto center!

The young lady who was working the service desk is top notch. She was extremely polite and didnt mind all the questions I had. If she worked for me I would ensure her pay was high to match her professionalism at a young age!!!!

As of 1/21/26 1430 they have adressed the issue and credited the parts to me to finish the work correctly. The issue should not have happened in the first place, but i am happy that they reimbursed me on those parts. Old review below: Simple miscommunication led to costing me money. Tie rods needed replaced immediately. Parts came with the wrong style of bellows for the innner tie rod, so they cannot attach to the electronic steering rack. I was not informed of this and found out when i inspected the truck during pickup. It would've been easy to get the correct style of bellows, but instead of informing me they just left the boots hanging loose not connected to the steering rack. I doubt the part will be returnable due to the damage from turning and crushing the boots ends, not having the one time use clips, or the boxes. Which will end up costing me ~40$ a piece with no recourse if i want to buy the correct boots. I talked to on-site service employee Mike and showed him the issue, who then called the mechanic and told me that the service employee Anna didn't relay the message to me. Mike couldn't do anything about it and referred me to speak with the service manager Keith. Keith offered to switch the boots if i could bring in the correct ones, but they cannot order the part to the store. Even if this would be free of charge it would still cost me ~80$ for the boots that can't be returned with the kit. I was discussing some other repair work the needed done with the steering rack, which would get the truck back into service, but with time constraints i don't think it will be feasible. If they could get a new steering rack and install it with no other issues, i would still most likely not be able to return the inner tie rod kits which come pre-installed on the rack due to the boot issue. From the way things were handled, assuming time allows, i would be willing to go forward with getting a new steering rack installed if the dealership would be willing to make a credit to the bill for the inner tie rod kits, but i doubt that will happen. All of that couldve been avoided and handled if i would've been informed of the boot issue and not just the steering rack. Will update review depending on outcome. Truck sat 45 minutes before brought into shop. Once truck got into shop, was done in timely manner. Took almost 2 hours….seemed a bit long considering I made appt.
