Bought a 2008 Ford escape Limited the end of July of this past year. Paid cash in hand, just to replace the transmission a month later , then the wheel bearings, steering column, balljoints, sway bar etc. I'm still having problem after problem and am on a fixed income.Since buying this car I've tripled what I originally paid for the pos.NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE COMING BACK OR REFERING ANYONE. BETTER OFF GOING TO A JUNKYARD.

View on GoogleNot very friendly Had the down payment in hand and everything required The guy put putting air in tires above helping a customer And acted as if it’s abnormal to have a co signer So I decided not to do business here was just too much of a not moving steady forward pace for car that had higher mileage and no warranty Only reason why I was going to go here cause if the lower payments that u certainly could have paid And also made it deal that I lived in Connersville and not in shelbyville Was looking for a vehicle that could get me to and from work and one that would safely transport my twins and I the attitude over all wasn’t as great as it could’ve been and didn’t seem like they wanted to sell a car to me at all
View on GoogleCalled a week ago asking if they could get me in for a couple of minor repairs. They said I could get in that next week first thing when they opened. I come in and they said they had no appointments that morning. The number I called was from this place and I recognized the caller’s voice. Instead they directed me to another Phelp’s service where they claimed they had no appointments that day, either. Waste of my time.
