Parts Center at Hyundai of Noblesville

While waiting for my complementary vehicle service to be completed, I received a text that Genesis of Noblesville recommends additional services be completed - no human contact. After clicking the link, I found item 1 to be an engine air filter at $125 and item 2 to be a cabin air filter replacement at $153. My electronic reply was "aren't filters part of my complementary maintenance schedule? If not, I'll change them.". I received no other communication, either human or electronic until the service advisor came and got me saying it was done. I asked him about it and was informed it was no longer covered on the complementary schedule. I thought that strange, but accepted it and left, as I was not about to pay them $278 to change two air filters. After researching on line, I found out from multiple sites that it in fact was still covered. So, I checked with Genesis customer care and when they replied they informed me it is in fact still covered, and to contact a person at the dealership to have the filters changed. When I spoke to the dealer rep, as I questioned why this happened, the terse reply was that the service rep involved has been spoken to and is new or some such. No expression of concern or contrition that I didn't get what I was entitled to or sorry for my troubles. About the only thing I got was they were ready to change the filters. My reply was I'm not making a second 175 mile round trip for just this (live in Seymour) for something that should have been properly handled while I was waiting at the dealership. I said I guess it will have to be caught up next time I drive up for service to which the rep said she would note it on my account. Then the call ended, with still no apology or remorse for my trouble. Oh, and when I got in the vehicle to drive home, I noticed greasy fingerprints on my glove box drawer, left by the service technician on my white door surface. I'm frustrated and extremely disappointed in this entire experience. So far below what I expect for this premium vehicle. And this is the second Genesis I've purchased. People make mistakes and have bad days, I understand that. But I was right, the dealership was wrong, and this entire customer service situation was substandard, including by the lady that was presumably supposed to smooth this over. To be fair, this was out of character for Genesis Noblesville with my past experience, but great customer service has to be continuous.

Came in for the GV70 fuel pump recall and 15k mile service and received a backseat doused with gasoline in return 4.5 hours later. If it was Winter and I had to drive back to Fort Wayne with the windows up, I would’ve passed out. Also, I was scheduled for 8am, immediately perused the lot upon my arrival, only to turn around and stumble on my own ride sitting out there 20 min later, I guess waiting its turn for service? Why even offer the 8am appointment? I booked my appointment with Purvis and didn’t even speak to that individual once. I don’t even think they were aware I came through. As I covered the visible spots of gas that were there with litter after blotting, the nose kept leading on across nearly the whole area aside from far right of right hand passenger. I have the bench flipped and litter on the foam of the underside of the bench seat as well because it now wreaks since they put it back together that way. Absolutely terrible job done. I should’ve been made aware of how much spilled and given a loaner so y’all had time to clean up your own mess properly.

Mac the advisor took great care of me and got my oil change in a shocking 30 minute timeframe!

I cannot express the happiness I have for the service manager. I was having a issue with no heat in my car. It’s under warranty. I have had a ongoing problem with it for a while. He finally said hey let me take the vehicle and will get you a rental. Above what I expected. I’m so appreciative and I know that they’re going to get it fixed.
