I went here as I needed to get an axle back muffler delete. I already had the exhaust tip and flange needed to bolt it on, just needed piping and welding. They were very accommodating and worked with me on roadblocks that came up and were done super quick with a set up appointment. Very reasonable pricing as well. Would 100% recommend!

Cannot recommend this shop enough. Came in as a walk in this morning to get a quote for replacing the exhaust system on my 2012 Ford Escape. Had me in for the inspection in 20-30 minutes. The shop manager then brought me out and pointed out what was wrong and thoroughly explained what my options were, including patching/ fixing the current parts versus a total replacement of the system. Not pushy at all, never once tried to recommend extra/ unnecessary services. Was able to the repair immediately so I was in and out in about an hour and 45 minutes total. Price including labor and tax was extremely reasonable and the quality seems top notch. Would 100% come back and recommend to others.

Tyler was great! Originally I came on a Saturday to inquire about pricing. To my surprise the price was fair and he offered to do the job as soon as he was finished with his current car, even though it was close to closing. I couldn't stay and came back Monday morning. When I arrived another employee took my keys and Tyler had the car right in and was done in about 30 minutes. Great service, great repair, nice people. Highly recommend.

Decent price for the job done I guess but some of the staff didn’t believe me when I brought back my car because it had an issue that I know was their fault. I had got my brakes and rotors changed, they got the job done, no big deal, but afterwards my car was making this awful grinding noise whenever I would be accelerating and when I was braking/driving slow. They told me that my brakes might make a little sound for about 100 miles or until they bed in. But this sound was LOUD and it had already been about a week I’ve been driving it and well over 100 miles. I brought it back explaining the concerns. They “looked” at it though I’m not really sure how closely, and told me that everything was still fine and that the sound was normal. I took it to Midas the same day because I just didn’t believe that, and the worker there told me there was a problem and that my dust cover was rubbing up against the brake/rotor.

Update 4/14/25: I noticed today that management replied to my review 3 years after this incident took place. The entirety of what they state is made up and aimed to try to discredit this review. The owner or someone from the shop has called me several times asking me to take down my review because it was hurting business, and even threatened to send their legal team at me for posting my honest review of the terrible experience I had with them. I came to this shop with my complaint immediately after the break job. The shop told me themselves a hose was left loose on the AC job. Do yourself a favor, run as far and fast away as possible as you can. ******* I'd taken my vehicles here for repairs for over 15 years. That is a very long time... However, that all came to an end after I took my mini van in October 2021 for break pads and rotor changes and an AC fix. The van had NEVER made break noises unless it needed the breaks changed (normal). After this shop was done, the van has not stopped making break noises for the last year +. I took the van back to them FIVE (5) TIMES to have them fix the issue. They barely drove it around each time (allegedly) and concluded the breaks were fine. Every single time I picked up the van, I knew within 5 minutes that the break job they had done had not fixed the break noise that started after they "fixed" my breaks. They supposedly changed the rotors to another brand, but I still had the same issues with noise. It's not a little bit of noise, folks. It's an ear-piercing loud break noise. Very loud and noticeable. The management of this place has suffered greatly since the owner took a backseat. I remember when this shop was back in Westfield. The owner was awesome. The crew they have working there now couldn't do a simple break job right, and now they've lost a very long-time loyal customer. I was left with a squeaky van, and they just threw up their hands and said that there was nothing else they could do when THEY caused the issue. They told me to drive around for a little bit and that should have fixed the issue. I've driven to Chicago and Florida and back, and the breaks are still an issue. They are supposed to be mechanics, but they can't fix my break noise after 5 attempts? Doesn't sound right, does it? The AC fix was also a failure initially. They left a hose loose, and I had to take the van back to have them fix that. It was all sloppy work and not the type of quality I had come to expect of this shop. Like I said, I am no longer a customer after having taken my vehicles exclusively to this place for over 15 years. I didn't even shop around during that time. I was loyal, but I guess all good things come to an end. Sincerely, Ex-customer going to another shop
