Liars and cheats! I had an okay experience dealing with them in the past but the most recent dealing was disgusting. I originally brought my truck in the winter of 2024. There was a lot of damage to the front end and they only fixed a portion of it. Claiming the rest wasn’t in the claim instead of submitting it to insurance. When I picked my truck up they had put the bumper on wrong, not replaced fender liners, headlight, or fog lights. All were damaged in the accident and bumper was covered in original claim. I had to have an adjuster come back out and list everything except bumper cause that was on Miller’s per the adjuster. Now we are in summer of 2025 and Millers has just now allowed me to bring truck in to get fixed A YEAR AND A HALF LATER. They claimed they were waiting to get paid by insurance/ dealership and that they had been paid. I asked that they have all the parts in shop before I dropped the truck off because they held it for several weeks (months) the first time. I can’t go without the truck so they agreed I’d be in and out in one day. I called two hours before pick up to make sure I was good before an hour drive. I was then informed that they were not going to fix the bumper. Management called me to tell me I would have to FILE ANOTHER CLAIM. Told me that I had got the truck in a different accident and claimed that my over sized tires were rubbing fender liner which is all FALSE. As soon as I complained about the bumper I was told I could no longer pick truck up same day and that I would have to wait until insurance sends a second check to pick my truck up. A CHECK WE’VE BEEN WAITING ON FOR OVER A YEAR???? (After being told they had been paid and to come drop truck off and pick up same day.) I just spent $1300 out of my pocket that should be covered by insurance or they were going to hold truck hostage indefinitely. Avoid these chumps at all cost. There are plenty of people that are willing to do good business.

Had my car towed over on a Sunday after a loud clunk and subsequent noise in the drivetrain. Dan quickly diagnosed it Monday morning after they opened and gave me a fair quote on both parts and labor to replace the broken axle and had it ready for pickup the next day. Great experience!

I brought my car in today to get a second opinion and estimate on damages post accident. Eric helped us and he went above and beyond. Most places we go to they will take our keys and won't be very personable and you can tell it's just business. Eric was not this way. He was very helpful, laid on the ground in the parking lot, explained things to myself and my family member multiple times, and gave an honest opinion. We didn't end up leaving our car there because he was so honest that we knew it was just not worth the money. He could have said it was fine and only addressed cosmetics ike all the other places and gladly accepted our payment. Instead he showed us all the damage and took the time discussing it. Very pleased with the services! No wait time at all either.

Absolutely 5 star service, I took my car in on a Friday night 20 minutes before closing, they diagnosed problem on the spot. First thing Monday morning called with quote, towed my car to their Cyntheanne Rd location because they were swamped at Allisonville Rd location (no charge for tow), and by Thursday my vehicle was ready. Quote was reasonable and accurate. Everyone is very friendly, made me feel like part of the family. Miller's has my business for life!!

Best place to get your vehicle worked on in Hamilton county if not all of central Indiana. They take care of most all of the county's emergency response vehicles, it seems. Very trustworthy, fair, and prompt. The only place we've gone for over 10 years. Check them out.
