Kahlo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Center

I brought my vehicle in for a 50K service and to have the headlight assembly replaced. Both front quarter panels were damaged and two screws were missing. The dealership admitted to the issue and agreed to fix the damage. When my wife picked up the vehicle, she informed the service manager the work was unacceptable as not all the damage was fixed. The service manager said nor did anything to address the issue onsite and she was forced to take the vehicle home. I called the service manager upon my return into town and have yet to receive a call back. This is extremely unfortunate because of the numerous trips to the dealership at a 30-45 minute drive, while having to take time off of work to deal with something that could have been avoided. This nightmare has inconvenienced more than just myself.

I am sitting in the service department waiting for my Jeep that I purchased here. The service department has gone to hell. $135 for an oil change and a tire rotation for a car and new tires you purchased at the dealership earlier this year it was $68.00. Straight price gouging. Never shop for anything here. Edit after the dealership comments: "I’ve attempted to reach you to review this directly, as there were some important differences between your last visit and this one, including a previously used coupon and the rotation charge being removed once we confirmed your tires were purchased here." Yes the coupons on your website when I set the appointment wasn't there when I showed up for my appointment. Also, I bought my Jeep AND new tires there and have had to remind Kahlo every single time that I purchased those tires there. That's not service. You know I bought those tires there. The fact I have to remind you every single time to rotate 5 tires not 4 on a jeep that you sell me and make me go through this every time. I'm doing this public.

Kahlo doesn't deserve this 1 star. Never going there for service of our vehicles again. Months ago my son scheduled an appointment for a recall 2 weeks in advance. Dropped car off overnight. They had car from open to almost close time. We had to call to see if car was finished, they said yes. Picked up car, got an invoice, went home only to get a call from a service advisor to tell my son the car wasn't even touched! Totally pissed off. Fast forward to this week, thought we'd give them a second chance. Scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic. They called and said they would not be able to get to it for 3-4 days!! Why schedule an appointment if you're not even going to touch it! I went to get my car only to find my ignition start button cover removed and stuck near my shift. What the hell! That doesn't fall off on its own! That had to be pulled off! Could they not reattach it?? I don't even know what the problem was for them to detach it. Worst service department. Never taking any of our Chargers back.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Bought the vehicle with the promise of fixing two damaged side panels. First, they ordered the wrong parts. Two weeks later the correct parts came in, damaged. 2 more weeks go by, we make an appointment at 9am, told the vehicle would be ready by 11am. I finally call at 3 and now the vehicle won't be ready until 5. Many canceled plans while having to wait. A lot of "I'm not sure, let me go check" only to come back with zero answers. This also comes off of previously bringing a different vehicle in, and told they would need to keep it for 30 days. When asked why, the answer was "that's just the way this part works" with no real explanation. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

We have been long time (20+ years) customers of Kahlo and purchased several vehicles. We have also utilized Kahlo’s service department over the years too and been happy until the last three appointments. I won’t go into two of the prior issues but frustrated ending in complaints to management would describe both. But then this happened: On our last oil change I mentioned some issues with the radio and some other probable electrical issues. Was told I would need to make a specific appointment for this. So I did. Upon arrival for my specific appointment I was told I had to leave it for 3-4 days before they could look into it. I reminded them I had an appointment and they reiterated I would need to leave it. I did not leave it because the idea to be without a vehicle for someone to be available to check into the issue sometime within the next several days was ridiculous. I then left a message regarding my disappointment in my experience and was messaged “customers were important” and I would be contacted. Still waiting to hear back and that was two weeks ago. Guess customers really are not that important. Imagine going for an appointment for a haircut, doctor, dentist, reservation at a restaurant only to be told you would have to wait 3-4 days and then only who knows what. We have decided to investigate other service options at this point in time. Kahlo used to be great and now I can say, “not so much.”
