WARNING: Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Damage‼️ My husband and I have been loyal customers of Joe’s Auto Body Shop for years, but after our recent experience, we will not be returning. Over the last month, we spent over $3,000 having our vehicle repaired here, only to have it returned to us damaged and then get completely ignored by management. We dropped the vehicle off for work on May 20. Our vehicle is always kept in a garage, and there was absolutely no damage to the windshield the morning it was dropped off. However, before even leaving the shop's lot after picking it up, my husband noticed a large crack in the windshield. He immediately brought it to the mechanic's attention. We were told the owner was on vacation but that they would follow up with us right away. It has now been over two weeks, and we have received nothing but the runaround. We have done everything right: 1. Provided photographic proof showing the vehicle on their lot with the cracked windshield. 2. Sent follow-up photos showing that the crack is actively spreading and becoming dangerous. 3. Reached out multiple times to get this resolved. It is incredibly disappointing that after years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent, Joe’s Auto Body Shop refuses to take responsibility for damage caused under their care. Beware of taking your vehicle here if you expect honesty, accountability, or decent customer service.

My mechanic was Austin. And he was professional and thorough. He was very polite and pleasant during our phone conversation. He did a complete inspection of the vehicle and highlighted concern areas, which was greatly appreciated. I had an exhaust and muffler installed And the vehicle Is considerably quieter. Thank you, Austin. You did a wonderful job.

Brought my son's 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid in for service in the summer of 2025. After diagnosing it with a bad ABS Module/Actuator. There were 3 attempts and replacing the unit (each time requiring me to have it towed at my expense to a Hyundai dealership to have it flashed) it was determined that the part supplier was unable to provide a functional unit. At that point Joe's determined that I was due a refund for the part. I have been awaiting this refund of nearly $2000 now since December of 2025, and now, over 6 months later, I have still received no refund from Joe's. There is no escalation path other than "the check is coming" It obviously has not.

BEWARE!!! This place is a joke and horribly unethical! Promised my son they could fix his car...even had a friend that works there and they ALL lied to my son! Coerced him into taking out a loan to pay for a repair that they couldn't complete and then charged him more than twice the amount! Had to have the car towed to a Kia dealership to make the correct repairs! PLEASE stay away from this place!

RACKET of an establishment! I took my truck here January 29th due to a DEF tank and heater issue after the heavy cold. They told me there was a 3 week lead time on the part. They also said this was NOT covered on my warranty. Being that I WORK, I panicked as I need my truck for work. I understood about it being on back order but wanted to make an effort to find the part as well. So I called around to find this part. I found the last one in Indian, in Tipton (yes, as the customer) that could get there quicker as this is about 45 minutes from the body shop. When I called the Tipton establishment, the nice man actually went and physically checked confirming the party was available. He said I could drive there to pick up the part however Joes would not allow a customer to bring a part. This was surprising to me as this was an OM part and not just one found on the internet. I PAY for the part roughly $823 on 1/30 after being hassled to pay right away without in fact knowing they indeed ordered it or any service being done. Joe’s says they will order it and call us back and i can pick up the truck that next Thursday. This is the first of MANY “we will call you’s” that do not happen. I left for a work trip Monday 2/1 and return 2/4 to call and see the status of the truck (bc YEP, they never called). Jake says that part that was not in fact available. So we were lied to. Come to find out Joe’s ordered the part from the place that would take up to 2 additional weeks to get. Obviously I had to get a rental in order to work. Close to the 2 week mark, I started calling to check on the arrival status of the part. 2-3 TIMES I was told “we will check and call you back.” I NEVER got a call back. While I understand the part was on back order, it was the lack of customer service in this process, that required me to decide to pick up my truck. I called on 2/27 midday and cancelled the part and told them I would pick up my truck Monday bc I was out of town. The gentleman I spoke to on 3/2 told me Jake was out of the office as he was the only one that could do the refund for the $823 minus the diagnostics. However, I disagreed as no diagnostics were provided to me nor did they ask for one to be done. When taken in, they were sure it was the DEF heater. He then said Jake confirmed he would call me on Monday to go through the refund process. Of course i NEVER got a call from Jake. So I call mid morning to which the same gentleman answered saying Jake was in the other line. He took my info down for Jake to call me back. After 2 hours, you guessed it, I had to call back. This time Jake answers to tell me “yeah, got your call I just got into the shop.” Ughhhh looks like you all need to get your stories straight b/c two hours ago you were on another call. LIED to again. We discuss the refund process and stated a check would be mailed out. After waiting about 2 weeks for the check it arrives only for me to see that they did subtract diagnostics I never agreed to or received. Which I plan to still address. What I’VE learned…1. That I should have taken my truck to GNC dealer initially…. Who confirmed this work IS covered on my warranty and that in fact, if Joes would have done the work, it could have voided my warranty as they are not authorized GNC service center…. And then would have really been getting a lawsuit 2. After being told they would return my calls multiple times was an indicator of their customer service and thus their work. 3. The dealership tells me that Joes ordered the same part on 2/4 from them that they said they ordered on 1/30 when they hassled me about paying for the part. 4. That I will NEVER take NOR advise anyone to use this place for any service.
