What a great team at EP Werks! Our 21 Tiguan had an oil leak and a local VW store provided an estimate of over $2400. I stopped out at EP Werks and within 20 minutes my vehicle was evaluated and we had an appointment set. 2 days later my oil leak was fixed in a few hours at EP Werks for less than $550.00. Simply outstanding! Thanks for the honest and clear communication and great work done. We will be back for sure!

I have had enough of the price gauging, lying and sub-par service from my former Audi dealership and will never give them another dollar. I love Audi, but was staring at the prospect of never buying another one again due to the handful of horrible experiences I've had with one dealer and their service department. The services EP Werks provided were done quickly, correctly and at a very reasonable price. I now feel comfortable buying from out of state and having these guys do all of my maintenance and repair. Thanks for keeping the dream alive, guys!

I brought in my B8.5 Audi S4 (100k+ miles) for a coolant leak, and from start to finish they were knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. They diagnosed and replaced the water pump along with the associated hoses, replaced the hood strut, fixed my left turn signal, and addressed an electrical issue with the passenger headlight. The headlight issue was more involved, but they took the time to fix it and get it working, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they truly know German cars and don’t just guess or upsell. The pricing was very fair, the communication was great, and I felt confident leaving my car in their hands. I’ll absolutely be returning to EP Werks for regular maintenance and future work. Highly recommend if you own a German vehicle.

Been taking my VWs here for years and recently got my tuned transmission mech bootloader unit installed and they did it fast and they did it for a very reasonable price with a trans service. Very professional shop and great customer service! Couldn't be happier!
View on Googlethey saved me from spending $1700 with another shop that told me my intake manifold was no good and needed replaced! Took it to ep werks and they told me it was only a tube running across my intake manifold and that it would cost me under $200 total to fix. I will be exclusively using them from now on!
