This is a unique shop. Since they do BOTH mechanical work and body work they are well-position to handle many quirky vehicle issues that don't fit perfectly in many other auto repair shops. In my case, I had the underbody splash shield hanging loose and scrapping the ground when I drove. It's the type of odd, one-off problem that's not supposed to ever happen. Most auto repair shops will say it's NOT something they deal with...and, at best, would charge to just cut it off. Not Elite Garage! They figured out a novel way to re-secure the splash shield. Without there willingness to problem solve, I probably would have been left with ordering a full, new splash shield from a local dealership and paying them to replace it. MUCH more expensive! I will definitely use Elite Garage more...and shift some of the standard auto maintenance I now do elsewhere to them. 👍

I recently got my grand cherokee fixed needing a steering rack assembly as well as rear sway bar links. I took my car around to a few shops for estimates. Sean quoted me the 2nd best estimate. I did receive one a couple hundred lower however I was not only looking for a good deal but good customer service as well. The work was completed in a decent time frame. My car sounds great and ive been driving it for about 5 days since its been fixed. It use to rattle and crank and also over bumps the entire car shifted. Now it rides much smoother and no noise so far! I would definitely tk my car there to be serviced in the future.

We have been so impressed with his communication, he sends pictures when looking under the car, with explanations of anything going on. He gives honest recommendations and let's you know what must be fixed for safety or longevity of the car versus what would be nice to fix for comfort. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!
