Went to Neal Tire And Auto McCordsville for an oil change and general checkup of my car. Service was great. Staff very friendly. Was done in a timely manner. I like that if tgey find a problem, they discuss it with you first. And if it can wait to be fixed, tgey share that info also. So happy I went there and they will be servicing my car from now on. I dropped my car off and I was told it would take three days to begin work. Two days later, I received a text that my car was going in to be inspected and a short while later they texted me a link to a very detailed report on my car. They explained everything really well in a no nonsense way. I got my car back earlier than expected at a price that was cheaper than I was quoted. I would definitely recommend them.

Neal Tire and Auto is just the best. After a very frantic experience with my car, they were so accommodating and very thorough with their explanations. They are very helpful even if you are a female with little car knowledge. I appreciate all that they have done for me.
