Pomp's Tire Service

We use Pomps.. particularly this location... for our entire fleets tire needs. We have never been let down. We truly appreciate how attentive they are and how quickly they get to our needs to keep us moving and operational. Jordan, the store manager, has always taken such good care of us, as well as, JuJu and the rest of the team. Thank you all for serving the community and providing quality service to our vehicles.

This was my first time using Pomps. Jordan was outstanding to work with. One job was garden tractor tires (saved me a lot of money over the green place ! )At the same time I had 5 tires to swap out on my son’s camper. He had bought the new tires on line just needed them mounted. Jordan said sure we can do that! And they did. The guys in the shop got all 5 done same day and we were very happy!

I feel like I need to give credit to the Team at POMPS in Lebanon IN. I have had them mount 3 sets of tires n the last year and all without an appointment because I brought my own tires. They were so quick to accommodate and get me in and out the door with out even blinking. Today they ran into a snag with one of the studs. They immediately informed me about it, and what I witnessed was absolute greatness. The front counter guy, the tech, the service manager all stopped what they were doing to make sure I was taken care off. It was an absolute joy to see a team come together to satisfy a customer like they did. Hats off to the team and the Leadership. Thank you.

Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Tire went flat on the highway and got truck here. They got us taken care of and back on the road. While there, got to see/hear them with other customers ... They are truly a GREAT business who cares about who walks through their door. Don't ever hesitate to go here!

Pomp Tire provided us with excellent service. We ordered tires one day and they arrived the next as promised. When we arrived, we were told how long it would take and how much it would cost up front. The technician did a great job getting our tires on quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the service we received from the moment we walked in until the time we drove away!
