Tire Discounters

I seriously can’t thank the team at Tire Discounters enough for how well they treated me. From the moment I walked in, Paige made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. She’s an amazing sales manager and you can tell she genuinely cares about the customers, not just the job. Joe worked on my car and did such a great job, he explained things clearly, made me feel confident in everything being done, and honestly gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. Zeke and Logan were also so kind, welcoming, and helpful the entire time. The whole team had such a positive attitude and made what could’ve been a frustrating experience actually enjoyable. Good customer service is rare these days, but this crew went above and beyond. You can tell they all work hard and care about people. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

We had a flat 10 min away on the freeway. I called and talked with Owen. We brought the tire in, they showed us the two holes and fixed them right away! Owen handled everything like a professional. We were on our way to Florida when this happened and it saved us so much time. Thankful for Owen and tire discount to be open and helpful..

Great customer service! I had a flat on my way to Bloomington for my daughter’s graduation and they did not hesitate to help me get back on the road safely. So thankful for their positive attitude and sense of urgency!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Had an appointment scheduled @9am the following day, they called me shortly after I scheduled and said there 9am is full and asked if I could do 11am, I agreed & I arrived 15 minutes early(10:45am) after waiting tell Noon(12:00) my vehicle was still not even in the bay to begin the work needed. I asked for my keys and left. No sorry for wasting your time or anything what a joke!

I do not write very many reviews. I typically write reviews when I feel like a company, or an individual has gone above and beyond and deserve recognition. Unfortunately, this review is not that kind of review. I want to express my disappointment in my neighborhood, Tire Discounters store. I took off work today so that I could finally replace all four wheels and tires on my Honda. I arranged an Uber to pick me up, and planned on going home until the car was done instead of staying and waiting thinking it would also be easier on them as well because of walk in traffic. I arrived around 11 AM and I walked inside where there was a gentleman behind the counter doing something on the computer. I made sure that I gave him space and common courtesy so I stood a couple of feet away from the counter in Plain view, right in front of him. One minute goes by with no hello, no acknowledgment, and no “I will be right with you.” Two minutes go by and still nothing from the gentleman behind the counter. Three minutes go by and it started to feel awkward. Four minutes go by and my awkwardness turned into frustration and annoyance. Around that time two young ladies came into the store and got in line behind me where I stood for another 30 seconds and finally got the hint. The gentleman behind the counter could care less about me, or the two young ladies in line. I was not dressed exactly like the money I make so maybe that was the reason he felt that he could ignore me. The young ladies behind me? Maybe 19 or 20, so maybe that is why the gentleman behind the counter thought he could ignore them. So I decided that it was time to leave. I canceled my Uber that was 2 minutes out, losing what I already paid. What I should have done was to go to the Tire Discounter on Colerain near where I work, and where my place of business sends that store a fair amount of business. Dealing with the Colerain Tire Discounters made me believe that every Tire Discounters were professional and made you feel welcome in their store. One time I was in the Colerain Tire Discounters and one of the employees was on the phone but covered the receiver and acknowledged that I was there with a smile and a whisper “Be right with you sir.” It was a pleasure to wait a couple of minutes, and not a big deal because I knew he was aware that I was standing a couple feet away, right in front of him. Now, I need to find another day that I am off to buy my wheels and tires. I hope that the place I decide to take my business will at least acknowledge me and that I am there if they are busy. I might be off on the math but I believe I would have spent around $600 per wheel and tire. Correct me if I am wrong but that is $2,400. I understand that is nothing major in today’s world but to me I was so excited to show off the wheels I picked out. Why don’t I use the Colerain location? I work near there, but still a small distance away. Maybe I can pay a co worker to drop me off. Just worried about being late if I have a delay getting an Uber back to work.
