I took my car in to get 2 tires put on, they started the process and then called me actually we can’t put the tires you brought in on. I said okay that’s fine and went to pick up my car thinking I would just go somewhere else. The next morning one of the tires that I was having zero issues with was completely flat. I called them to see if they could fix it because clearly something had happened while they were working on it. The manager Zach, told me sorry they could not fit me in today even though they had caused the issue. I was able to make it down the street to belle tire and bought 4 brand new tires that they installed within 30 minutes and had amazing customer service. The prices with comparable with what I was quoted here. Just go to belle tire instead you will not be disappointed.

I had an outstanding experience at the Michigan Rd location, and I want to specifically recognize Zack, Shane, and their team of technicians. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my car, walked me through the pricing, and made sure I actually understood everything before moving forward. That level of transparency is rare. A lot of times, pricing in auto repair can feel a bit predatory—especially for people who don’t know much about cars—but that was not the case here. These guys showed a level of knowledge, patience, and professionalism that honestly exceeded what I’ve experienced at the dealership. They answered every question without rushing me, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and made sure I felt confident in the decisions being made. On top of that, they got everything done in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I truly can’t say enough good things about Zack, Shane, and their team. If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would.

I went for an oil change and was also given free estimates on other needed repairs. I appreciated very much that they took me out in the bay, where the vehicle was, to see the broken parts for myself. I would definitely go back to have my vehicle repaired/serviced here again. They were also very reasonable on price. Thank you so much for all your help!!
