TooTall Mobile Mechanic

Great mechanic. Overall, good people. Replaced my valve cover. gasket, that was leaking. My thermostat housing was also leaking. He took care of that. Also replaced the spark plugs when he replaced the valve cover gasket. Did an excellent job. I will be providing an update soon‼️‼️ This person is okay when it comes to small jobs. He tells you he will show up around a certain time. No show, No call, No txt. When you get into contact with him again, still no show. He didn't start off this way which was why the great review before. It became, get through the job as quickly as possible. Dropping tools, in the vehicle, not treating your vehicle with care. He knew that this is how I make my money (Amazon flex). He told me to call him early on Tuesday 5/12. He didn't respond to any calls, txts, voicemails. So, i had found another mechanic who was enroute to my house. I was moving my vehicle to the front of the garage a d he was there. Didn't call or txt (I'm pretty certain that he saw that I was going to update my review) I called the other mechanic and canceled although I really wanted and should've canceled TooTall. I can tell he had an attitude. This man did damage to my vehicle. He replaced the valvecover gasket that was leaking oil immediately. Puddles of oil was on the ground. I had asked him if that was the correct gasket. He responded "not really." My brother had told me later that he shouldn't have done the job if it wasn't. He replaced the belt and was supposed to replace the tensioner also. He didn't. He kept raising the motor higher and higher with the jack. On the way to work the next morning, I had to pull over twice in the interstate due to a loud noise. I believe the motor had dropped down or something. Upon looking under the vehicle, I could see steam on the undercarriage and muffler from oil spraying all the way back there. I had to forfeit that Amazon route because so much oil was leaking out. The front of my vehicle ( the undercarriage) was hanging down from him trying to find a socket that he dropped down there. He had took the bracket off, then threw it to the side. Kept the bolts or whatever he did to it. Idk. By the time I had went to 2 auto parts store that morning (Wednesday), all of my oil had completely leaked out. Anyone reading this decide for yourself if you think he purposely, intentionally did this with the intent on causing damage. On a good note: My brother inlaw and I replaced the gasket. It's easy and I will be doing this just myself in the future if it's ever needed again. UPDATE COMPLETED‼️‼️‼️‼️ BEWARE

Hay mad love to these guys always Johnny on the spot and very reasonable and generously respectful when it comes to service and professionalism. Oh and you will love the reasonable price not to cheap and not to high, just below comparable to these overpriced franchises lol. Hay I really appreciate you guys for your willingness to pull up and get it done with no problems and in good timing! 2 thumbs up!!!

He replaced my pads and rotors and I have nothing but good things to say. Told me a time and stuck to that time, patient and knowledgeable, plus he broke one of his tools in the process and still got the job done. Any future issues definitely looking to my guy first!

Wow! Thank you so much Tootallmobile mechanic for showing up for me yesterday. I was thinking he would take forever based on some of the reviews I saw, but that wasn't the case. He came in ready to replace my alternator. He was very professional and confident of doing a very clean job. I was hesitant initially since I had never used a mobile mechanic before. Tootall mobile mechanic completely changed my perspective! My wife and I are extremely grateful for showing up on a Sunday at a time that we needed help on our car. He is the absolute best mechanic to date treated my car with extreme, tender, loving care very clean on time great person to work with and if you have a foreign car, he’s the guy to go to he is absolutely a top-tier mechanic thanks too tall. You will always have my business.
