I knew ahead of time what I. Was going to buy and spent some time online deciding on colors and options that I wanted. I filled out the contact request and within an hour I had a phone call from Hannah. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by several kind people and they introduced me to Hannah. She was very down to earth and knowledgeable. I told her that I had decided by looking online that I was interested in either the XC60 or the XC90 in either white or black. I had very specific ideas on what I didn’t want and what I would be okay with. She allowed me to walk the lot and look at the different options they had. I realized I didn’t like the white or the black in person but instead the blue that I didn’t like online. After the test drive and a short conversation I decided on the XC90. The whole process was easy and was not stressful. I never felt like anyone was pressuring me. I spent less than 4 hours there from start to finish and came home with my dream car. Hannah was amazing and the rest of team was very kind.

Tammy is the best! I went in with a noise coming from the car. Turned out it was a multi dollar engine repair. Tammy helped me contact Volvo customer service and they ended up covering it due to my car only being days out of its warranty period. She oversaw every aspect of the repair in a timely manner, she is knowledgeable, trustworthy, cheerful and efficient. She got me a rental car to drive. Been a Tom Wood customer for over 30 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

When I arrived on Tuesday, Tammy provided exceptional customer service. She opened early and helped me immediately. Within about 10 minutes, she had everything taken care of, including getting me into a loaner vehicle so I could get on with my day. The service team quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle, and when it was ready, they had even cleaned it. Tammy had everything prepared when I came to pick it up, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. From the efficient service to the excellent communication and customer care, Tom Wood Volvo exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Tammy for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. I highly recommend Tom Wood Volvo for both service and customer support.

​"A $2,000 Nightmare: Predatory Pricing and Incompetence" ​I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. What started as a straightforward repair turned into a textbook case of bait-and-switch tactics and technical failure. ​1. The "Bait-and-Switch" Quote ​Before towing my car, I spoke with a service advisor twice to confirm a quote. I was told the alternator replacement would be under $1,400 (with the part itself costing $1,100). Based on that specific verbal contract, I spent over $200 to have my vehicle towed to this dealership. ​2. Held Hostage by "Diagnostics" ​Once the car was on-site, the story changed. I was pressured into a $300 diagnostic under the guise that it would be "waived" if I did the repair. After the diagnostic confirmed exactly what I already knew (a bad alternator), the price suddenly jumped from $1,400 to over $2,000 plus tax. At that point, I felt trapped. I either had to pay $700 just to get my broken car back (diagnostic + towing) or overpay by $600 for the original quote. It felt like being held hostage because they are the only Volvo dealer in town. ​3. The "Repair" Didn't Even Work ​Reluctantly, I paid the $2,000+. Within 24 hours of picking up the vehicle, the "Low Battery" light returned—the exact same issue I paid them to fix. I doubt that they did any diagnostic.. ​Summary: This dealership used dishonest pricing to get my car on their lot, charged me 40% more than the agreed estimate, and then failed to actually repair the vehicle. Save your money and your sanity—take your Volvo elsewhere. ​ I want my money back!!!
