Tom Wood Lexus Service

I don't often leave reviews but I had to leave one for this dealership so others will know where to purchase a new car in the Indianapolis area! My experience with Tom Wood Lexus was absolutely wonderful! Doug was so professional he is such an amazing and knowledgeable car salesman. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and for a great price. The entire staff made me feel welcome. The lounge area for the customers was superb! The atmosphere was sooooo inviting! I have never experienced a car dealership that is this top of the line in car service. Every detail of this dealership from the neatiness of the environment, well dressed professionals, to the Tom Wood stained in the glass doors is absolutely breathtaking! This is hands down the best and I mean the best car dealership in Indianapolis. I won't go anywhere else ever again. You're all good with Tom Wood!!

I’ve worked with Shanan Jackson at Tom Wood Lexus for several years now, and she consistently provides excellent service. She’s always friendly, professional, and honest about what maintenance is truly necessary versus what can reasonably wait. My most recent visit was for regular 50,000-mile maintenance, and as always, the experience was smooth and stress-free. Shanan does a great job communicating clearly and making sure everything is handled properly. I really appreciate having someone I trust managing my service visits. Highly recommend!

The service at Tom Wood Lexus is great. I have owned several Lexus vehicles over the last ~ 5-6 years and have never had any issues or problems. They do a great job. Communication this time was not great, but the service outside communication was great, as it usually is. However, the one star review is for the failure to address an issue I have had with the car for the last year and a half, which is the extent of my current lease. I have brought the car in for service at least 7-8 times over the last year and a half and with each visit or service, I have asked and or written down that IT or someone address the issue with the hands free access. I have not been able to make phone calls and in some case take calls while driving or in my car period. I explained what was going on in great detail to numerous people. I was told each and every time that it was assessed and fixed or that it’s working, or it was updated and should be working. Each and every time I try to use it and it still doesn’t work! I have tried myself and I can’t get it to work. Most of the time no one is present from IT to assist or work on these issues. So yet again this issue has gone unresolved and is still not working. At this point, I am not sure why I am paying for this feature when it has not worked since I have owned the vehicle! Again, I have never had a single issue like this on the other two Lexus vehicles, I have owned. Service is generally great, but this is very frustrating!

This is by far the best experience we have had buying a car. Quick and efficient! No surprises, no wasting our time. We have a local Lexus dealer but traveled all the way to Tom Woods and would do so again. Kylee, our sales representative, was outstanding! TY!

Micah, you’re fantastic. I don’t think anyone enjoys getting routine maintenance but it was incredibly thorough. Any questions I had were answered and now I’m back on the road with no worries til I see ya again. Thanks so much
