The gentleman who repaired my tire rim did an absolutely incredible job. Pictures will say more than words so including a before and after. Cannot even tell the rim was damaged. Amazing.

I took my car to Tom Wood Collision for an estimate. I showed up a little early and I was greeted before my set appointment time. Chris was honest with me about expectations as far as what the price and timeline would look like. I appreciated this as it helped me make a decision on what to do with my car. Lane Weaver at Tom Wood Collision was excellent throughout the entire repair process. He consistently communicated status updates and worked directly with the insurance company to keep everything moving smoothly. When insurance delays impacted the completion timeline, he also helped coordinate an Enterprise rental, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. He even went above and beyond by helping me navigate getting a safety recall update completed through the dealership. Lane met every expectation he set and honestly exceeded my expectations overall.
