I had an amazing experience at shidlers auto repair! Their service was top-notch—fast, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. Not only did they do an excellent job on my muffler, but their pricing was also super fair compared to other shops. I was in and out in no time, and my car sounds and runs better than ever. Best believe this family owned shop really does deserve its entirely 100% five star review profile. I almost hesitate to write yet another one only because I kind of selfishly want to keep it a secret why I drive from Carmel to have mechanical work done here. From the custom exhaust Allen/'Pork' built me to the inaccurate diagnosis another shop made that he correctly identified by sound and feel alone, it is obvious he is an artist, and a master craftsman. For fussy little Toyota-specific sensors and such I'll still rely on the dealer, but for anything mechanical, Shidler's is the only place in this city I trust.

This is a reputable, small family business that does very good work. I needed a very small exhaust job done on my vintage show car. It wasn't going to be very profitable for the shop. I was a bit picky and specific about what I wanted. Other shops had turned me down or grumbled about my request, so I was surprised when they not only agreed to do the job, but they also executed it perfectly. When shops like this can absolutely nail a small job it's a sign that they really care about the customer and their workmanship. I have five antique cars, and I'll definitely be back with bigger jobs. Recommended.

I've been using Shidler's for any and all repairs I don't tackle myself (which is most of them) since 2004! Best thing I can say about their shop is I haven't had the first issue in over 20 years. Can anyone say that about another automotive shop???
