I went for an alignment and I Ask them if they could just double check if the ball joints were tight enough because I just changed them a couple days ago and the car was making a little noise while driving it, which make me think that it could be it, so I asked them if they could just double check if that could was the cause of the noise and nope, they refused, they are just looking for the money, not to keep customers. Horrible service. 😏👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

View on GoogleI absolutely love this place, The price he quotes is the price it is nothing more nothing less. He will show you exactly what is wrong with your car, not like a lot of other mechanic shops do they just expect you to take their word for it!! I recommend this place to everybody, very good mechanics very reasonably priced and very quick!!!!!
View on GoogleI recently took my 2016 Kia Sedona to this shop due to a heating issue. Initially, they identified a radiator problem and later a thermostat issue, which took four days to source. After these repairs, I was told the heat was working, that the car felt warmer, and there was a little heat coming from the vents. However, when I got the car back, it was still blowing cold air. Later, I was informed that the heater core likely needed to be replaced due to a stop-leak product potentially clogging it. Despite spending $720 and several days waiting, the main heating issue I came in for remains unresolved. What’s most frustrating is that the initial antifreeze leak seemed like a clear indicator of the heater core issue, but this wasn’t properly addressed until after other costly repairs were made. I felt like the diagnostic process wasn’t thorough, and the communication about what was truly needed—and the risks involved—was lacking. While some underlying problems may have been fixed, the main issue I came in for still persists. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience, as I didn’t feel the service was transparent, efficient, or effective.
