Took my 2012 Nissan Titan to shop for service. I also gave them the codes that displayed on the machine. My truck was at the shop for 2 months. The only time I received updates on my truck is when I physically stop by the shop to ask. The manager always had some type of excuse of why he didn't call. During the 2 months I only received 2 calls from the manager and that was because I started complaining. Paid over $2200 for the repair. The next day my vehicle had the same issues with the same codes. The manager told me that if I decide to take my truck somewhere to get a 2nd opinion, he wasn't going to give me a refund and the warranty wouldn't be valid. I am taking my truck to a dealership for a 2nd opinion. In addition to paying over $2200, when picking up my truck the engine light was on. I told manager and he had one of the mechanic to read code P0452. He mentioned that they would have to keep it there to check it out. I declined because of the poor service I experienced during the 1st service. After taking it home, notice that the P0452 code was on because someone at the shop disconnected the EVAP fuel pressure sensor and never reconnect it back. Right now I am out of $2200 and a vehicle. I've had my truck for 5 years and this is the first experiencing an electrical issues. As far as updating your customer on the status of their vehicle. The owner claims that he didn't have any updates to provide me that's why he didn't call, but everything I physical came into the office I was provided an update. In addition to providing me with an update, he had to get my permission to move forward ordering other parts to proceed diagnosing the problem. So if he didn't have updates to provide, when was the owner was going to get my permission to move forward with order parts? Or does this shop just order parts for customers vehicles with having a conversation with the customers. The only time the received my approval to order other parts for addition work on my truck is when I stop by. So to say he didn't call me because he didn't have an update is a complete lie.

I took my car into Rick’s Service Center for routine maintenance, and Marc told me I needed a brand-new transmission. That immediately raised red flags, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion—and guess what? My transmission was completely fine. I’ve since driven over 10,000 miles with zero issues. What’s even more concerning is that I later found out someone I know had the exact same experience here. That doesn’t feel like a coincidence—it feels like a pattern of trying to push unnecessary and expensive repairs on customers. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly frustrated. This kind of behavior destroys trust, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.

I had a terrible experience here. I brought my vehicle in on 2/23/2026 and waited 3 days for an update. After 4 days, I was charged $180 for a diagnostic and told not only that they couldn’t fix the issue, but that I couldn’t even drive it home and would need to have it towed, even though I had driven it there myself just fine. I then took it elsewhere, and another mechanic was able to repair it for $300. I understand shops charge for diagnostics, but I was disappointed with the delay, the outcome, and the lack of a workable solution... Then he calls me after reading this review and trys cussing me out and threatens me that if "he ever sees me in the streets he would do something." Extremely unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

Called for a simple quote to replace an o2 sensor stated i didn't need diagnostics just wanted a quote to replace a sensor. Was told asking just for that was rude and he wouldn't do business with me. Maybe someone was having a bad day but this isn't how you treat potential customers.

Matt did a great job on my husband’s BMW. He replaced the brakes and when we drove it home, it was like a dream! Thanks so much for the great customer service and reasonable prices!!
