Staff at counter is rude. Was trying to explain what I was needing and he just wasn't trying to hear it. Then interrupted me n said we're 2 days out! I asked to be placed on a schedule he said it's first come first serve. Most people can't leave their car with you for that long just to be looked at. Was told about made an appointment that it's still first come first served. If there's cars in front of me I'd still have to wait however long. Came in for shock, struts brakes, steering rack, coolant flush and oil change. He didn't even let me get all the way through on the items I needed. I wouldn't take my car here unless you have no other choice
