I had a great experience with Ress. This was my first time needing more than an oil change or tires on my used BMW. So glad I found these guys. They replaced an ignition coil for me and identified a separate issue that I will return to have addressed soon. Fast turnaround time, honest assessment and very fair pricing. Officially my new BMW service shop.

They don’t perform unnecessary services to rack up charges and pocket profits. They’re straight shooters and are also very knowledgeable. This is our go-to shop for our BMW.

They have always been upfront about pricing and turnaround time, even offering alternatives when a quote might be out of reach. I have never once felt surprised, overcharged, or pressured. Every time they have an opportunity to go the extra mile, they take it. I truly feel that they care about every single vehicle and customer that comes through their shop.

They called me shortly after I dropped off to let me know the issue was something potentially covered by an extended part warranty and recommended I bring it to the dealership to get it fixed for free. I have since done that, and they were right. Didn’t charge me anything for their time, though I was willing to pay. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. Super trustworthy and know their stuff. Had I not recently moved out of Indy, this would definitely be my go-to shop. Thanks guys!
