Oil change issue left me without a car from Friday night until Monday when I picked it up and overheard Brandon the office manager badmouthing me. When the whole thing was the technicians fault. Update. That you for your very classy response. That’s about how our email correspondence went as well… hence the review. My family and I were loyal oil change customers for years until that Friday. Yes it was a few years ago… I had a child… I was busy doing other things… that doesn’t make my review less true does it? I left the oil change Friday at 4:45 thinking you knew what you were doing… but I drove to Greenwood to meet a friend, I would never make it because the low oil light came on I pulled into a gas station. But since it was past your closing time you were not there to help. I got out of my car to see a pool of oil around my car. I had to call a tow company and have them tow it back to your shop that same day! I was then forced to uber home almost an hour. I got a hold of the technician and told him about a the problem hoping he would help me. I told him I had a wife who was over 8 months pregnant and we needed a car. He gave me Brandon’s number who tried to blame the issue on my oil cooler saying those go bad… and that they would look at it on Monday. They left us stranded that weekend and didn’t care. Then Monday came around and I was told it was an oil filter issue and that it was ready to pick up… that was it nothing else. I then went to pick up my challenger you didn’t even offer me a refund… I went in got the keys from Brandon… who again said it was an oil filter issue but that it was ready to go…. I then went back out to my car and there was still oil everywhere on the ground under and around my car, which prompted me to return inside where I overheard Brandon badmouthing me to your shop employees. Just because my review is old doesn’t mean it didn’t happen! The photos I posted are actually the photos I took after you called and told me it was ready. Brandon gave me the keys told me it was ready and I walked out to that!Th photos are what prompted me to go back in to ask if they actually fixed problem and overheard Brandon!!! What did I do that was so exhausting as you say?? You didn’t even spray the oil off my car. As seen in the pictures! But I’m the exhausting customer. I’m just a customer who wanted you to make a mistake right but all you did was double down. Like you did again calling me an exhausting customer. And again failing to apologize for what was said about me not just that it was unfortunate I overheard it…. If all of you customers were like me( a customer expecting you to stand behind your work and not talk bad about them) and had the experience I had, I think your right, you would go out of business!

Very good first experience. Had issues with vibration even at low speed. Some with owner Brandon. Very seamless , left my car then first thing got a call with his assessment and estimated costs. Repair done in no time. Now running perfectly. This is a good independent repair shop that easily beats dealerships. Very efficient, able to also accommodate very quickly. Another happy customer here. Glad I took a chance and found this shop.

I took a car I was purchasing there for a pre-purchase inspection and they did a great job! The place is very welcoming and they’re super kind and helpful. They also have super nice sofa couches to sit and watch tv while you wait! Before I knew it they were done and I got a very thorough inspection on my email with pictures and everything! Definitely a huge help deciding if I wanted to buy that vehicle 😊

I chose this place because of high Google reviews but I am not happy with my service. First, they charged me $72 to replace a cabin air filter that I brought in. I have done it myself in the past in 10 minutes. I assumed there would be a charge but was not told it would be that much. The place I get my oil changes would have replaced it for $55 including providing me with a new filter. Second, I went in with an air conditioning issue. It was not fixed; I was only given a freon charge. I was not informed a leak had been found and was never given information about possible costs to fix it. I only saw information about the leak later on my receipt. Additionally, all of this took about six hours. Also on the receipt it stated that because there is a leak, the freon charge could last as little as a day. So the issue was fixed only temporarily, for possibly as little as a day and for that I paid over $300. What kind of customer service is that?

A coworker recommended Professional Automotive and I’m so glad they did! The service is incredibly fast, friendly, and fairly priced every single time. Even though there’s a shop closer to our house, they were overpriced or even made up issues but here I finally feel like I can trust what I’m being told and know the pricing is honest. They’re conveniently close to work, appointments are easy, and they always finish quicker than expected. We’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them to everyone!
