We had a major issue with the rear wheels of our motorhome while heading home from the Indianapolis 500. Jesse the service manager was great. Took us right in to diagnose the problem so he could immediately order the needed parts. That took a day but once they had them they prioritized our repair and got us back on the road. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail by the mechanics. No further problems and made it safely back home to Maine. Cost was very reasonable , actually less than I expected. This could have been a nightmare but i immediately felt confident in n their ability to fix the problem I might add that it was a convenient place to break down as it’s a nice area with numerous hotels and restaurants. What luck to find a place across the street from where I work! My 1999 GMC Savana has never run better. A check engine light had come on and they told me a tune up, distributor cap and an oxygen sensor were indicated. I was given an up front estimate, an appointment and the work was done early. I hope I don’t need you folks for a while but knowing you are just across the street is comforting. I rely heavily on my vehicle. Thanks gentlemen!

Brought the car in for an oil cooler leaking they recommended an engine swap. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I brought my car in for an engine swap under an extended warranty. Before the swap, everything on the vehicle was functioning properly. After getting it back, it has been returned to me in worse condition than when it arrived. Post-swap issues include a crankshaft timing problem on the replacement engine, and the car is now shifting poorly, likely related to that timing issue as the transmission cannot read the crankshaft. The radiator system was not properly bled and has air in it. The transmission cooling valve sensors were damaged during the swap. The AC compressor was also damaged. They also failed to reconnect the ambient air sensor. Even smaller details were overlooked — the hood struts that held the hood up were working before, and now they are not. Heater and ac working before but not now. Transmission working properly when dropped off. But not now. There was a severe lack of communication throughout the process about what was being done to the vehicle. When I complained about the ongoing issues, I was told the crankshaft sensor had been fixed, yet the car is still throwing the same code and was returned to me in the same condition a week later. I also requested documentation regarding the warranty on the replacement engine and was refused. I am just a hobbiest mechanic and not a professional mechanic, but it’s clear this job was not completed properly. It is extremely frustrating to have major warranty work performed and end up with more problems than I started with. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. These things should have all been addressed before the car was returned to me the first time.

Great experience, diagnosed in a day, repaired the alternator the next day. All covered by my warranty. They even plugged my tire for free which saved me time from going to DT before the holiday weekend.
