I've known and worked with John for over 15 years - and for taking care of my family vehicles, except for new ones that are still serviced by the dealership. My Car Doc Clinic goes above and beyond for their customers - even helping me document gross negligence by a local car dealer with a recent purchase. His prices are fair and reasonable for the work that's needed and he always works with you to prioritize the urgent work versus things that can wait a little bit. I put my trust in him to service the cars my kids drive - so when I say I trust him highly, it's with their safety and reliability of their vehicles in mind!

Their team was attentive, fast, and genuinely friendly—refreshingly human in an industry that can feel rushed. They were able to fix a tail light on a SmartCar (yes, discontinued and notoriously tricky), which immediately demonstrated both expertise and problem-solving agility. What truly set them apart was the diagnostic screening. It was unusually thorough and uncovered a few issues that had gone completely unnoticed. Even better—there was absolutely no pressure to move forward with repairs that weren’t an immediate priority. That level of transparency and respect for the customer’s comfort zone speaks volumes. The overall operation felt efficient, honest, and well-run—no fluff, no upselling, just solid service and clear communication. In short, My Car Doc exceeded expectations and earned full trust. Extremely disappointing! Had an appointment; however, the car wasn't even looked at on that day. (Why bother with appointments then?) Finally looked at the car, only to tell us go to the dealer; AND charged us $120 for that piece of advice! 🙈 We wanted to support local businesses...not dealerships. Sorry, I will not bring anything else to this shop.

Brought my 2015 Audi Q5 in for engine mount replacement and it only took 5 hours. They were super professional and efficient. When I went to pick up my car they left a personalized note on my dashboard and cup coasters in my car. I will always come back here. I typically take to my car to the dealership but never again. I have never received such amazing care for my car and wonderful customer service for myself from a repair shop. John was superb!!!
