View on GoogleCame here for a tire and rotation everything went great until they showed me that the tire valve was bad, they said 20 to replace it i said fine. They broke the sensor off the valve in the process but the valve held, was told to come back the next day for the installation of another sensor. Came back the next day and the guy that was supposed to get the sensor wasn't there was told to come back the next day and they installed the sensor and it didn't register first they tried to say the tires were low on pressure and that's why the tps icon was coming on, proved them otherwise by letting them fill my tires and was told to come back the next day for the programming because the owner was the only one who could program it and she wasn't there. Came back the next day to get it programmed but they wouldn't do until I proved the sensor didn't register proved that by letting them rotate my tires back to their original position and they preceded to try to program the sensor but it was plain to see they had no idea how to use the tool to program the sensor. They were about to give up when one of the shop guys found that the sensor wasn't damage the valve was so they put my original sensor back on with a new valve and then preceded to ask for the 25 dollars for the valve replacement mind you they said 20 first. I sighed told them I wild pay just so that a could learn my lesson about choosing any tire shop to get work done. Don't go here horrible place lesson learned. Plus the picture that's on this listing isn't even the same as the way it actually looks
View on GoogleI recently visited Meza Rodriguez Tire Shop after being assured over the phone that the tire I needed was in stock. I drove 30 minutes to the shop, only to be told, after waiting for 20 minutes, that the tire had just been sold. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the language barriers and the lack of clear communication. I would not recommend this place to others due to their poor customer service.
View on GoogleThey did a great job on putting on my tire and i also had a cracked rim and they spent extra time putting the tire on and making sure that it would hold air. Also a couple days ago i went there with a small trailer tire and they had no problems getting the old tire off and putting the new tire on the old rim so overall they have done very well and the quality of the tires are also very good because i went to a few other shops and this was the only shop that had the size tire i was looking for so yes i would reccomend this tire shop to my friends and family for sure!
