Amazing car, but poor customer service. They had us wait 5 hours and never received any updates from our “advisor.” If my husband hadn’t gone to this advisor for an update, we probably would still be waiting in the lobby. We were waiting in the lobby the entire time and the advisor knew we would be present. A lot of advisors sitting down and you have to walk to them to get status. We don’t expect this type of customer service for a luxury brand.
View on GoogleI owned a BMW and a Mercedes, to date, BMW has better customer service. Maybe I just need to build relationship with this team. The beginning was a little rocky, but towards the end my service rep and the manger of the service department won my loyalty. The manager and my rep came out and had detailed conversation with me. They were both great. I felt informed and not scammed. I was even offered a discount when/if I returned with a similar issue.
