I was visiting from Chicago and had blown a hose on my radiator on my 2024 P530, when I tell you that Angie in service was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was a 10 out of 10 I will definitely recommend without any doubt. I was literally stranded and had to stay in Indianapolis for another day when I got the call from Angie that !!!She magically made a loaner appear. I was able to drive back to Chicago. I didn’t miss out on my closing and came back that Friday Angie was off. I don’t know the gentleman‘s name, but he filled in for her on Saturday and closed out the experience. I wish more people in customer service understood the importance of being a brand ambassador for the corporation that they represent. These two individuals understood and provided me with the service of a lifetime. Thank you so much 🥹
