I always use kidwell for all my automotive needs! They are reliable, trustworthy, and professional. I highly recommend them if you ever need your car serviced!! They offered me a more in-depth diagnostic to pinpoint the exact problem with my car. I wasn’t prepared for the jump in cost, so I declined. Still, Justin ensured I was taken care of, and I left satisfied.

View on GoogleI would not recommend this auto shop to anyone. They had my car for over five months with very little communication throughout the entire process. I constantly had to reach out first just to get updates, and even then I was often brushed off or given vague answers. On top of the terrible communication, the work done on my car was poor quality. Issues that should have been fixed either weren’t addressed properly or created additional problems. Every time I brought concerns to their attention, they dismissed them instead of taking accountability and properly correcting the work. Waiting months for a vehicle only to receive it back in bad condition is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience overall.
View on GoogleWhew, life savers I tell you! I have a 2020 ford fusion and hadn’t even had a full YEAR before the engine decided to give out on me! I was at a loss until I contacted Kidwell Automotive. They graciously accepted the task at hand and took me through step by step on what was found and how they were going to fix it! Even showing patience when my insurance company practically ask for an arm and a leg of evidence (resulting in a full breakdown on the vehicle). I would recommend Kidwell to any and everyone, especially if you’re a first timer like myself when it comes to owning a vehicle! Thank you Kidwell and I will definitely be returning if anything ever happens to my fusion again!! 10/10 service!!
