The worst Automotive shop in the city if i could give negative stars I would. I took my. 2014 ford explorer in for a transmission replacement prior to dropping the vehicle off my only problem was transmission was slipping after picking up my vehicle I noticed something hanging from underneath and my car would make a very loud rattling noise and it also sounded like a air plane was taking off upon accelerating I took the vehicle back up to the shop and Jimmy the owner tried to tell me the vehicle was driving like that before I dropped it off remind you he couldn’t have drove the vehicle because the transmission was slipping than he proceeds to tell be the carrier bearing has gone bad due to normal wear and tare, so I guess it just magically went bad while sitting in the shop, fast forward 2 months later out of nowhere my control arm mounting bolts fall out of my vehicle while my wife was driving, also in order to change the transmission on this vehicle you literally have to separate the whole car from the frame disconnect anything that is connected to the frame including control arms he doesn’t take any responsibility for his employees mistakes at all nor is he willing to take a look at the vehicle once a complaint is made. I make over 6 figures a year and I have a lot of automotive repair experience even working along side him before in the past I have no reason to try to get over on him in any way shape form or fashion. Also he quoted me $900.00 than took it up to $1450 and at the end of the day I paid just about $1600 in order to get my vehicle back.

Took my GMC here and was qouted 1300 for a oil leak..I researched and it was right around the same price about 1200, but the part is about 30 dollars. So I put half down, was told it would take 2 days. I said well can you take your time and fix it correctly. So if it's another day or two I'm fine with that. However, a week later I called and he said he had not started it at all, and it was sitting because I said I was not in a rush. Well take your time to fix it and me not in a rush is two different things however I'm okay with it because he said I can immediately start it today and it will be ready in 2 days. My thoughts were if I wanted it to sit. It could have sat in my own darn yard. Anyway 2 days come, and he called around 3p says its ready, so I go in the next morning ay 9am in a uber to pick up my car and i get there and one of his workers is driving off in my car, blowing the horn at the Uber driver to move. I go in and tell the owner I'm here for my car but I see your worker pulling off in my car. He tells me..oh he is doing another test drive, I said well you called yesterday so if it was ready then nobody should be doing a test drive. (That was a lie) he was driving my car for his personal use. I go to pay and the 1300 was now 1400 so I told him I should be compensation for my inconvenience the driver didn't come back for 30 mins. His excuse was he was not a large corporation. I won't be going there nor will I send referrals there. Don't go!!! He is driving your car for his own use.

Took my vehicle to this shop for a brake job. The Job was completed to my satisfaction and within a timely manner the price was 3x the amount of the job but they don’t tell that until you pick up your vehicle. I did feel ripped off but what do you do when your forced to pay the invoice. I do not recommend using this Company!

I've been coming here since 2010 and had no problems. Truly a honest mechanic shop. When my car was on its last leg, he honestly told me, getting a new part wouldn't help it. Now he could of repaired it and then taxed me, (knowing the car would break down) but he didn't. I think ppl be wanting him to perform a miracle on a messed up car. This shop is very professional tho it set in the middle of the hood and ppl want hood prices, not realizing SOME ppl are out here really trying to have a honest professional business.

My car broke down on 46th Street in front of their location, one of the techs were actually nice enough to help me push my vehicle into the garage. Not only did they waive their $35 diagnostic fee but they also replaced a relay that blew as well as an alternator grounding bolt for free because he didn't originally quote it with my broken timing belt. I wish my car was finished a little sooner but overall, they did a great job and at a fair price. I will definitely take my car there again for future repairs.
