Jet Tire has unsuspectingly become my go to place for tire repair in Indianapolis… With as many potholes and treacherous roads that we all traverse on a daily basis we have to have a go to place to make sure we keep our cars functional and on the road and jetty does exactly that… On my visit today July 8, 2025 I came in prepared to replace all four tires because being a DoorDash driver you put a lot of wear on your tires when I came in to my surprise they offered an inspection first and then instead of telling me that all four needed replaced, they said really only one really needed replaced and we could rotate the others… This saved me about 70% off of what I was prepared to pay today and it won’t go unnoticed… This is why I’m leaving the review so fast. If you have any needs and you want to be treated fairly, especially if you are on a budget trying to get through these streets in Indianapolis, then I highly recommend giving them a try. They have a wide selection of used tires for those that are budget conscious, as well as a huge selection of Brand new tires as well as I do believe rim repair exhaust all kinds of stuff… Not to mention for those of you that are DoorDash or Uber drivers they also offer a mobile tire service so they can come to you. To offer even more validity to this review, that is my car that is in the pictures inside of the bay the white Infiniti!

Great shop: honest and fast work at a fair price. I had a branch get drug under my car and they took care of my muffler and some plastic damage on the underbelly of the engine area. Huge headache alleviated quickly without hassle.

The lady who works at the office there is rude with zero customer service and respect. If you fix something with them and get back after even one minute, they will never take care of you and will keep asking for extra charge. I fixed my car’s muffler with them three times because they have better prices, but every time, I find a problem within two to three days after repairing it. Every time I get back to them, they keep telling me it is not their problem and I must pay. Even when I ask for some discount because I just fixed the car with them a few days ago, they refuse in a very mean way.
