First the parking lot is atrocious! Unavoidable craters at the two entrances to the business. Then I was told that the price to have exhaust manifold and sensors replaced would be one set price. It took a week for them to fix, and cost $500 more than quoted. They said that it was because of the sensor. They said they never quoted with sensor. No paperwork was ever given to me; that's my fault for not asking. Receipt written on one of those receipts note pads. Not a professional shop. Then after delivering my car I pointed out paint missing from side door. It clearly was a new chip square in size. I was told that they were not responsible for damage on their property and then they just walked away. Upon entering my car, I noticed how much dirt was on sideboard and matts. No attempt to vacuum or clean. Don't walk away from this place, running is also a waste of time. Just don't show up at this place for you and your vehicle to be treated so poorly.

Indy’s Muffler Shop deserves every bit of five stars. We had to stop in unexpectedly after our exhaust completely crapped out in the middle of a cross-country road trip, and the owner was absolutely amazing. He was kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping us out. It’s rare to meet someone so honest and welcoming, especially when you’re far from home. Thanks to his help, we were able to get back on the road quickly with peace of mind. I can’t recommend Indy’s Muffler Shop enough—truly a great experience with an even better owner. View on GoogleHad them seal two Bungs on my exhaust for my corvette these people went above and beyond and pointed out a missing nut for one of my shocks and put a new one on free of charge their prices are way cheaper than some of their competitors and I have no doubts on their quality of work will be recommending them to others great quality and service
