View on GoogleI had the worst experience here! I spent over $1,000 & they never even looked at the original problem! After taking my car there 3x’s I ended up spending another $400 at a mechanic that actually fixed my issue. I couldn’t get them to communicate by phone. They were working on the front of my car but they removed everything from my trunk, took a brand new electric scooter, that was a Christmas present for my grandson, & apparently rode it around their nasty shop! It had grease on the handle grips, tires & platform! My car was so filthy, grease everywhere inside! I had to have it detailed!

View on GoogleTheir communication is absolute trash and they lie. Brought my car to this shop due to it being super close to my house. They said it was my motor with no elaboration and only gave me an estimate after I asked for one. The parts that needed replaced are on my warranty so I gave them the information to contact them because it has to be done by the shop not by the warranty holder, called and texted for over a week and a half and no one responded , when they finally did they said they’d call back in 5 min, they didn’t. I called back later that day and the gentleman said they had reached out to the insurance and had submitted the paperwork and were waiting to hear back…said the insurance companies take months and months. I explained many times this is not an insurance claim , this is the cars warranty and the process is simple once contact is made. Anyway, I called my warranty and they said no one from any repair shops have called about my car. Wasted 3 weeks at this place. They could have easily been transparent and said they did not want to work with the warranty instead of lying about it having contacted them.
View on GoogleThe owner is personable, but the service is trash. Took a vehicle for A/C replacement. They supposedly couldn't locate the issue. Put the vehicle back together in a hot mess and parked it to the side. I do not recommend this mechanic shop at all.
