We brought our car here for what should have been a straightforward repair, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We were given inaccurate information about the work being done, there was major lack of communication and the work was never actually completed. When we asked for updates or clarification, we received inconsistent explanations and long delays. On top of that, we had significant difficulty getting the shop to release our vehicle and only received it back after mentioning legal assistance. We ultimately had to take the car elsewhere to have the repairs completed properly as the car was returned with new problems that were not present before. We expect honesty, clear communication, and accountability from a mechanic. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we would not recommend this shop.

My check engine light came on two Thursdays ago, which was not good as we were driving to FL the next day. Auto parts store identified it as a bad O2 sensor (thanks O'Reilly's!) The guy there suggested Autoking, so I went. This was around noon. The manager didn't think they could get to it that day, but said he would squeeze me in after I explained my time crunch. So an hour and a half later it was fixed, while I had a burger and a couple beers at the bar next door. Probably half the price a Kia dealer would charge.

Their customer service went above n beyond for me in my dyer need of ac today. Professionalism and care will forever have me and my family as customers for life. Whether it's something small like an oil change to something large, this will be my go-to shop. Thank you for the amazing service. It's now cold in my vehicle again. Highly recommend this shop to all needing their vehicle serviced big or small.
