No matter if you call ahead to request a part, they still have you waiting 30 minutes or more for the mechanic to pull parts off the car only to find out the part is no good. Since they don't give refunds you have to wait even longer for them to pull another part.

View on GoogleI was just about to bring my wife’s car up there. I had her call the shop to make sure they were open considering they were closed Friday in observation of the holiday. The man answered the phone in a very rude tone. I’m sure he didn’t think I was around I heard how nasty he was to my wife. When I called he lied about the whole conversation not knowing I heard everything. We have gave Hart’s business in the past. Never have we experienced what we did 10-15 minutes. That man is very lucky I have a lot lose, they won’t see my money ever. If you’re reading this like I just read other reviews. Do Not bring your vehicle or business to this establishment.

View on GoogleDo not go here. The little man is very rude I wanted to do something to him. They sold me a battery either knowing or not that it was too small for my car. Then when I take it back he makes me take it out and reinstall the new one. I'm a woman it took me forever and they didn't help at all. 8 bought the battery from y'all a6no help????
