I have got three vechiles exhaust done here. Also my daughter got a tune up and valve cover gasket done here. Always good quality work for a great price. Check them out you won't be disappointed! I love them.

View on GoogleTerrible service. Ask if they had time to look at my car yesterday they said yes. I told them the problem starts at 50 miles per hour and I left it. They called at about 1 and said they didn't hear a problem. I asked if they just drove the near road (under 50) because they wouldn't hear it. Apparently only one person can test drive it so they said they would contact me later. 4 pm I called for a status check but the guy was running errands and hasn't had time to drive it. Guy calls at 5 tells me it's an emergency and needs to be fixed but he couldn't tell what was wrong until he took it apart to look at it. I asked how much for a diagnostic he said between 180-250. I told him my son is disabled and has appointments all week was this something he was going to be able to look at before the holiday. He said " if you're going to pressure me to work on your car I don't have to do it, you can come pick it up" " sorry your kids sick but your problems are not my problems." That was so unprofessional, on top of being defensive over simply asking for a loose timeline, and not being able to give a clear diagnostic price. That lack empathy and compassion. This is the second time I have gone to this shop and the first time was terrible as well but I tried again because I was in a bind. No professional call should end in tears because of how unprofessional someone is.
View on GoogleI can’t recommend Fountain Square Mufflers enough! Finding an honest, trustworthy mechanic is hard these days, but these guys exceeded my expectations. They took the time to explain everything, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and got my vehicle fixed quickly. Their prices were fair, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. If you’re looking for a shop that genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their work, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs, and I’ll be recommending them.
