View on GoogleThis has been a long overdue review! I only write reviews if I have had either a really bad experience or a great one and in this case, it was a great experience. This shop brought my 2011 BMW 328xi back to life, enough for me to drive it back to Jersey. I was in Indy for work (2yrs)and picked this shop randomly and I’m so glad I did. The mechanics were incredibly helpful and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. They truly work with you. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI was charged $30 to repair my tire they came back and charge me another $15 for another small nail. Total of $45 to patch a tire. The young boy is so deprecate for money and lacks customer service skills. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional and money hungry.
View on GoogleGot 2 tires replaced here. I had to go 4 times for the same tire they gave me because it kept getting flat. They “patched” it 3 times and finally the 4th time they gave me a different one. Again, it was the tire they gave me in the first place. My tire cap also fell off after I left because they didn’t put it on right. The first time I went back they tried to give me compensation of a free oil change bc I told them it was inconvenient for me to go back. And then the 3rd time I went back, when I walked in, the guy said “man I ain’t giving you no free oil change” when I wasn’t even there for an oil change just to fix my tire AGAIN!! Horrible customer service.
