10/10 After replacing the ball joints on my personal car I found myself needing an alignment… BAD!! I called a few shops didn’t realize how expensive an alignment would be until I made the right phone call! Nicole with Tire Central answered the phone and before you know it I was locked in with the best price in town. It was easy setting up the appointment Tire Central got me in the next day and before noon my car was back in action !!! No need to call around when Tire Central is your one stop shop !!!

We purchased four new tires for over $800 from the Goodyear location in Beech Grove, Indiana just two months ago because we trusted the warranty and the service we were promised. Last night we called about a problem with one of those tires and were told to bring the vehicle in the next day because the repair would be covered under warranty. We dropped the vehicle off and again were told that the tire would be fixed and the only charge would be for the oil change we requested. When we returned to pick up the car, we were suddenly told the total was $294. At no point before the work was completed were we told that there would be nearly $300 in additional charges. If someone had been honest and upfront about that cost, we would have declined the service and made a different decision. For our household, $294 is not a small or casual expense. That money was budgeted for necessities like our car payment, groceries, and prescription medication. Being told one thing and then presented with a completely different bill after the work is finished is unacceptable. We chose Goodyear because we believed we were dealing with a reputable company that stands behind its warranties and communicates honestly with customers. Unfortunately, this experience felt misleading and extremely disappointing. At this point, we are requesting that management or a district representative review this situation and provide a fair financial resolution or refund for the unexpected charges. Customers should never be placed in a position where they feel misled about costs after already committing to service. We hope someone from corporate or district management takes the time to review what happened here and make this right.

Tire Central are my "tire guys". John at the counter is always helpful and does his best to satisfy my needs. I have purchased 3 sets of Goodyear tires from this location over the years. My sole complaint is the techs leave grime on my interior door panel, seat and exterior door after completing the job and do not clean up their mess. Very annoying!

I had a set of 4 goodyear assurance radials,with less than 12 thousand miles a little over three years old. They were shaking at 70 to 80 pretty bad ,and vibration. I don't do much high speed driving in Florida.I was told they were pretty worn,5/6 on wear . No warranty,two with problems, I agreed to have 4 new ones put on next. Same tires. Before leaving that day they did get them working pretty good with slight pull left. I drove with old ones to a dinner in northern Indiana. Pretty decent drive. So first guy knew what he was doing . I wasn't as lucky the next day I come back next day get 4 new put on by a different person. I drive back on surface streets to a couple places then hotel. The next Morning,Saturday hit the road a 6 am for 22 hour drive back,that turned into 26 hours. I couldn't get car above 65/70 because of shaking and vibrations. If you set cruise at 65 you could at least control it. In Florida,Goodyear corporate sent me to a company store. They found one balance weight on one tire from Beech grove Store. Training or Quality the issue??? I was told that Beech Grove is franchise store. I will never buy another tire from any non Goodyear store. I at least got some reimbursement from Goodyear. I have had a lot Goodyear tires. This is fifth set after original. Thanks for reading. [Update] I did talk to owner,seemed sincere. WE agreed could have been handled better, Goodyear took good care of me. I still think that if weights were on wheels, they should have been attached better. Some retraining needed. THe personnel were polite enough ,not personal just bad service.

Came in for service due to my tire having screw in it. I ended up needing a new tire but since I had road hazard protection it saved me money. Great service.
