El Camino is a great tire shop. They did my alignment. Let me know everything that I needed to have done to ensure that my alignment was 100%. We walked to the Walmart while they were doing the service and because it started raining, they even came and picked us up. Definitely will be back. Definitely recommend.
View on GoogleI would not recommend this shop. I went in for an alignment because my camber needed adjustment. I was told camber adjustment wasn’t included with the alignment and that my car didn’t have camber bolts, yet they still tried to charge an extra $90 per side. Afterward, they adjusted the camber anyway and provided what seemed to be a misleading alignment report just to move me along. The whole experience felt dishonest and shady. I recommend taking your business somewhere else.
View on GoogleFantastic, quick service at a fair price. Bought a full set of used tires. I got unlucky, got a nail in one of them less than two weeks after buying them. When I stopped back in to get it repaired, it wasn’t fixable. They replaced that tire for FREE, even though they weren’t at fault. Exceptional experience. El Camino will always be my first stop for all future tire needs.
View on GoogleI came here to get 4 tires mounted, balanced and wheel alignment. They told me I needed a valve stem and sensors because one was broken and one didn’t work. I originally said yes because they said I will have a light on the dashboard even tho no lights was on prior to arrival and no issues with flat tires. I came back 2 mins later stating I did not want the service and the told me it’s to late that I have to pay for it. I understand that this might count as a loss but I did not want the product and no contract was signed that I wanted the product install. I believe they scammed me into buying necessary parts.
