I dropped my wife's car off to have it looked at. It wasn't shifting right and engine power reduce came up on the dash. Problem was, eco button on shifter was engaged. In the city traffic, that is a bad idea. Only on the highway eco should be used. Edwards Transmission found another problem that could have destroyed the motor. Rudy explained the situation and took the car for a second drive to make sure they were right. After I gave permission to do the work. It was done within a couple of days. The staff is very good at their job. They were quick and efficient. They will treat you like family. Price was fair, if you have a problem and Edwards Transmission looks at it. You won't regret it. You will receive the best service. Rudy, I want to thank you and your crew for the great work they done.

The honesty behind the diagnosis and the cost was great, although I can’t come up with the full amount to put a new transmission in at the moment when I get the money together they have certainly worked for my business and will get it ! Rudy sent out a tow truck free of charge and my car was taken to the shop that evening. I received a phone call the next morning with my estimate and within a few days my car was done. They are professionell and thorough and my car runs like new.

I was very pleased with the quality and the time they took. The office manager, Rudy, is extremely down to earth, very pleasant gentleman. I was very happy with this location.
