These guys right here are the real deal. The repairs I needed for the truck were handled with no issues at all. Another shop I took it to for the same problems either never attempted the work or couldn’t get the repairs done correctly. Not only was the pricing very reasonable, but they also allowed me to break the payments down, which helped tremendously. Edward Transmissions has officially become my new go-to shop. Y’all are the GOATs. Highly recommended.

They replaced a crankshaft sensor on my vehicle, and the car continued to die after the repair so I had it towed back there. They told me they could not recreate the problem, and I should take it somewhere that worked specifically on Mercedes engines. The next time the car died, I had it towed to Pete's Service and they diagnosed the problem as the crankshaft sensor. Since the part was still under warranty, I spoke with Trey who said he would ask the owner to call me back the next day (which never happened.) They did not honor the warranty for the faulty part, so I lost my money. Do not work with Trey, as he is dishonest and should not be customer facing. They lost a customer over this.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at an auto repair place. Despite telling me they could get it in same day to diagnose, they didn't get started on it for 3 days, costing me hundreds in car rental fees. I would say that the communication from them was terrible, but that would be too kind. They did not contact me once over the 8 days it took them to diagnose and repair a relatively simple issue. I had to call them and ask for updates. They promised multiple times to get an update from the tech and call me back, but never did. I will never return to this shop.

My wife and I brought our Cadillac to Edwards on Keystone for a second opinion diagnostic after getting a report from the dealer that we had leaking differential seals and a transmission line. We were also in need of the routine flush and fill of the drivetrain fluids. They confirmed what the dealer had told us, and quoted us nearly $1500 less than what the dealer had to repair everything. They stayed in touch with us through the entire repair process and even informed us that they would need an additional few hours to finish the job so we could plan accordingly. Overall, we're highly satisfied with the work, and would recommend them. Our car is driving like it's brand new. Thanks Dustin and crew!
