I really suspect most of the 5⭐ reviews are faked to keep the average up, also the seemingly openness to work things out with the customer is just B.S. because all the all the negative reviews still remain! My truck repair was performed at the owners other location in Speedway. Bad business practices! Performed work without discussion with customer first! When they discovered that the repair had a problem they chose to change the computer programming to try and hide it. Refused to let me test drive before paying >$4,000! Now my truck transmission is worse and I have engine codes so it's basically totaled thanks to them. This is the type of auto repair shop that sets the bar on the floor then trips over it. NOT A FAMILY BUSINESS, they are FRANCHISED and this owner doesn't even rebuild the transmissions he pays ANOTHER COMPANY to do it! Same owner as GASOLINE ALLY (Speedway) location so BEWARE!! And they broke my rearview mirror off and weren't decent enough people to even own up to it!

Just got my car back from a transmission replacement and am so happy with the service and communication I received from Kevin. Made a very expensive and stressful repair much easier to deal with. He got my car back on the road, running safely with a couple extra things I had been putting off, or ignoring the symptoms of. #Gratitude
View on GoogleI took my car to 2 other places before this Edward's Transmissions (Shadeland Ave) mostly because they had better reviews. I should have come here first. The guys got my car in on my only day off (made an appt). They found the problem and the cause of the problem. They called me several times during the process to update me. They went to the dealership, and drove around in Friday traffic to get parts. They had my car fixed for me the same day. I feel they gave excellent customer service and did exceptional work! It has been a couple weeks now and my car is running great! Thanks guys!

View on GoogleThey have had my car going on a month and a half. I had to schedule to bring it in to be diagnosed after a test drive so I did. It was a week after my scheduled day that they looked at it. Price has went up on my transmission rebuild multiple times and I still do not have it back. Would not recommend, taking way too long for the rebuild and the price is around 1000$ more than I was first told. End price will be around 5000$ after told 3800-4200$ and for a 1 year warranty? Still waiting to see if I will be compensated for them having my car over a month.
