I called a very nice gentleman (Jason) owner asking for a couple of tires to just get by on. Rare around where I live no one had any the size I needed. Jason said he had plenty and they were better than just getting by on. Price was definitely fair! I asked how much for installation and he said it was included in the price of the tires. Asked if I needed an appointment. He said 1st come 1st serve. Drove in him and his respectful employees jumped right on the job and got me in and out in approximately half hour. Jason was finishing up and he told me that I have a pretty bad ball joint needing replaced ASAP. I asked if he recommended anyone. He said he sure does and knew the phone number right off his head. Very pleased with the tires, service, kind environment and just plain good hearted people who care about the customer. Going back to get a couple more soon. And will be going back there as often as I need to. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Direct tire and Thank you Jason! Wish I could give you more than 5 stars 🌟

I went to them to get a spare tire because I had a piece of metal in my tire. I drove my vehicle all morning and had no issues with the air coming out. When I got to them the guy started pushing and pulling on the piece and said it can’t be plugged which I knew that’s why I came to get a used tire. He goes to look for a used tire and in the meantime the air starts coming out due to him pushing and pulling on the metal piece. By the time He comes out, my tire is now flat and he says he Doesn’t have a used tire in my size so I now have to buy a new one because I can’t drive to another shop on a flat tire. To say I’m beyond piss is an understatement. I asked for a discount since he made the tire go flat and they told me no. I will never go to them Again and they were the ones I always went to for used tires and tire repairs.
View on GoogleSo i had a flat and needed help. They claim to close at 5pm on Saturday. This is absolutely not true. I pulled up at 428 and the door was locked. So I could hear employees inside and so i called. They told me they stop helping people at 430. Because I stood outside for 4 minutes not able to get in due to locked doors They wouldn't help me. The guy on the phone was rude. So I went to USA tire at 4343 N Shadeland that stays open until 530. Aaron did a great job and this place is false advertising their store hours.

View on GoogleCheck in for 2 steer tire replacement. Guy changed one and be like he can’t do the second one its 2 mins before closing okay cool. Still in the parking lot 2 cars pulled in and they started working on those, I asked what just happened he was like that’s family 😂. Well hope your family will bring you all the business. Zero customers service, just mean guys at work. Guess we won’t be supporting this mom$pops business anymore then back to Bell Tire.
