I had a fantastic experience at Bulls Tire Shop, especially when it came to dropping off my Budget Truck rental (although my feelings about Budget itself are a different story). I had to return the truck to a different location, and Bulls Tire Shop was incredibly accommodating. Alex, the owner, went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. You can really tell he cares about his customers—he was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process quick. Highly recommend!

I would NOT recommend this place. I made a reservation two days in advance for a Budget truck. When I arrived, my dad and I walked in to find two guys playing on their phones, never even looking up. When I asked where to go for my reservation, one of them (still glued to his phone) told me “the guy back there will help you.” That guy couldn’t find my reservation, even after I showed him my email confirmation. He left, came back, and handed me the phone saying it was his manager. The manager told me they didn’t have the size truck I reserved and tried to force me into a commercial-sized truck with mandatory insurance (original reservation i had added insurance, so this was another red flag for me). I declined, and he said they had already canceled my reservation. At that point, I left and went to U-Haul—night and day difference, excellent service there. A week later, I checked my bank account and saw Budget charged me $150 for a no-show. I called customer service, and after speaking with them, they admitted the location claimed I didn’t have the right documentation and that the reservation was under “someone else’s name.” That “someone else” was ME—Lena H.—the exact name on my confirmation email! Thankfully, the customer service rep reviewed the location’s history, saw all the negative reviews, and issued me a refund. Bottom line: this place lies, makes excuses, and will happily take your money while providing nothing in return. Shady people. Shady place. Stay far away.
